Terms & Conditions

Revah & Co. provides residential cleaning services. All bookings must be made through our website, email, or by phone. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on safety, availability, or scope of work. Prices listed are base rates and are subject to change depending on the size or condition of the home or workspace.

 

We accept payments via secure online platforms. Payment is due at the time of booking  unless other arrangements have been made. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment fee. We also ask that pets, valuables, and fragile items be secured before our arrival. If there are any special instructions or areas we should avoid, please inform us in advance.

 

We strive to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right with a re-clean or a suitable solution, depending on the situation.

 

We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly installed fixtures, or unsecured personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

 

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how your personal information is collected, stored, and protected. All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Revah & Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or policies. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most recent version of these terms.
